Funny how smarty pants Training Peaks can't tell the difference between tapering or not riding bike for two weeks due to sickness. If I have a good day on Saturday I'm going back to training without power, if not, I'll buy stock in TP.

why don't you just ride your bike because its fun. the only numbers i keep track of is how many hours per week.
i ride my bike and think about trying to beat you... most of the time ;)
really though, i really enjoy being a dork with all these graphs, numbers and training plans... riding/training is really fun for me, i'm just hard on myself so i over think stuff.
