Easter form

I trespassed into IL on Easter, afraid of being seen and attacked by 2slowtobeasemipro, and poached the trails in a snowy bliss for 4 hours. I saw 2 other cyclists on what are normally very busy trails. What a great day. I finished this ride up and I have to say it was the first endurance ride of the year that I felt was easy and didn't have to eat my way through $100 of groceries immediately afterwards to return to normal. EP was right, a little rest for the legs goes a long way...

Sorry to preach but come on Dave where's your brain bucket? I used to be anti helmet till my head impacted on pavement @ 40 kph. Flattened the helmet & I didn't get concussed now I'm sold. It was just one of those easy spin the legs out for an hour days. Freak accident. Life is too short to be a vegetable.

Damn bike paths scare the hell out of me. I've had more path racers stick me in the ditch than I can shake a middle finger at. Sorry for being preachy I've used the double hat method many times.
